As the Virtual Assistant at Barrantes & Associates Inc., Aliana provides administrative support and creative content development. She plays a key role in overseeing daily administrative operations, ensuring workflow efficiency, and managing document organization and compliance. In addition, she designs social media content, email marketing materials, and other branding assets.

Aliana earned her Industrial Engineering degree from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines, where she excelled academically as a consistent President’s Lister. She brings a strategic and detail-oriented approach to optimizing processes and enhancing productivity.

Outside of work, Aliana loves arts and crafts and is a passionate content creator and crocheter. She runs her own crochet business, bringing creativity to life through handmade designs. She loves bringing creativity to life—whether through digital designs or handmade pieces!
