Operations & Compliance Manager

Ashley is the Operations & Compliance Manager at Barrantes & Associates Inc., bringing over a decade of experience in the social service sector. Her work has focused on supporting individuals experiencing mental health and addiction challenges. She is deeply committed to advocacy, inclusion, and compassionate care. Ashley believes that with the right support networks in place, every individual has the capacity to grow, thrive, and excel.

Ashley holds a Social Service Worker Diploma from Seneca College and a Bachelor of Social Work from the University of Huddersfield. She was honoured with the Dr. Richard Smith Memorial Award from University of Huddersfield in recognition of her work alongside service users, where she challenged discriminatory and oppressive practices.

Outside of work, Ashley enjoys spending time outdoors, art, attending live music events, and taking long walks with her dog.
