Junior Clinical Manager

Avery is a Registered Behaviour Analyst (R.B.A. (Ont.)) and Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) with a Master of Applied Disability Studies from Brock University and a Bachelor of Kinesiology (Honours) from Wilfrid Laurier University. She brings over 10 years of experience supporting individuals with diverse needs, and several years of specialized practice in Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA).

Her experience spans clinical, home, and community settings, where she is committed to delivering individualized, ethical, and effective behavioural support. Avery is known for her compassionate and collaborative approach to client care and team development.

Outside of work, Avery enjoys spending time with family, friends, and her dog. She’s also passionate about teaching dance and traveling to explore new places.
