Danica Arnado (Nick) brings more than 10 years of experience in Customer Service and Technical Support, with a strong background in leadership and team development. As a former Level 3 Team Leader, she has successfully led diverse teams, improved operational processes, and consistently delivered high-quality results through her dedication, expertise, and commitment to excellence.

Passionate about continuous learning, Nick plans to pursue Political Science studies at the University of San Carlos, with the long-term goal of attending Law School. Her dedication to personal and professional growth has been a driving force throughout her academic and career journey.

Outside of work, Nick enjoys reading books on leadership, self-development, and governance, as well as exploring history and other educational topics. She firmly believes that knowledge is one of life's most valuable assets and strives to embody that philosophy in both her professional endeavors and personal pursuits.
