Maija Alberts

Executive Assistant to the COO

Maija is the Executive Assistant to the COO at Barrantes & Associates Inc., where she plays a central role in supporting executive operations and ensuring organizational priorities stay on track. She manages complex schedules, coordinates cross-functional initiatives, and helps streamline day-to-day operations in a fast-paced environment. 

Maija is currently studying Science & Business at the University of Waterloo, combining her academic background with strong organizational and communication skills. Known for her positive attitude and proactive mindset, she is passionate about contributing to a collaborative and people-focused workplace. 

 Outside of work, Maija enjoys spending time outdoors and connecting with family and friends.
