Mandy Freeman

Program Manager

Mandy is the Program Manager at Barrantes & Associates Inc., where she leads person-centred, trauma-informed services within Barrantes Group Living. She provides leadership to staff teams, supports the development of individualized services, and collaborates with families and multidisciplinary professionals to promote meaningful outcomes for the individuals we support.

With a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Psychology & Disability Studies and more than seven years of frontline experience, Mandy brings a strong combination of practical experience, knowledge, and leadership to her role. She is committed to developing high-performing teams and fostering inclusive, supportive environments where individuals can thrive.  

Mandy is passionate about mentoring staff, strengthening collaboration, and promoting a culture of continuous learning and excellence in service delivery. She believes that trusting relationships, thoughtful leadership, and a person-centred approach are essential to creating positive and lasting outcomes.  

Outside of work, Mandy enjoys staying active, travelling, listening to podcasts, and spending time outdoors. Most of all, she enjoys creating lasting memories with her two young daughters and values connection, curiosity, and making the most of everyday moments.
